Cooked up a WHOLE bunch of tenderloin today! Costco sells whole tenderloins and you just slice them up for filets.
Jon prepared them for the sous vide, and we cooked them up! They were SOOO delicious. Combination of excellent beef and an awesome way to cook it results in tasty results every time!
