Mac's last Mini Mall is today, and this time she sold homemade squishies.

She was at her dad's house last night and he took her straight to school, but Leiden took some pictures for me.  She made signs again.

Don't blame her!

Leiden immediately went shopping with her friends today, and she came home with a FANNY PACK.  I was stunned.  I had no idea the 80s were coming back, but I am tickled!  She was so excited about it, and with her hair up in a high pony tail she was just hilarious.

Jon and I got the privilege of going to the temple tonight!  I haven't been since baby, and it's been too long.  We are so eternally grateful for the blessings of the temple, and for our ability to participate in them, especially together.  Tonight we were chosen to be the witness couple, which made it particularly memorable.  I love this man, and I love that we both love our Savior.

Happy Celebration of Leiden's Birthday!!  She woke this morning to her gifts,

which Zada was more than interested in helping with.

Grandma and Grandpa sent her a bracelet she has wanted, and there were some other little things for her to open.

But her main gift from Jon and I was to be revealed at her family party tonight!  We gave her $100 to spend on clothes, but we had to make her work for it, just like at Christmas, so we decided to protect each of the small bills totaling $100 by vacuum sealing them,

then using an entire roll of shrink wrap (1000 feet!) and a drill to spin it quickly, we hid those bills and some random candies in a giant plastic spun roll!

We love to get family together and spend time with them.  Birthdays are awesome celebrations with everyone around!

Leiden wanted a chocolate mostly naked cake.  How did I raise children who don't particularly care for frosting!?

We sang, she wished and blew out the candles.

Then it was present time!!  She was a little baffled.

Then understanding struck, and she was just as perturbed as she was at Christmas!

She unwrapped for literally 10 minutes, while Jon and I laughed and encouraged her, and the other kids, especially Thomas, were so excited!

She did finally end up smiling.  And 10 minutes for $100 ain't bad!

Happiest of Birthdays, sweet Leiden!  May there be many more for my beautiful girl.

Mealtime is SUCH messy time.  Every time.

Mac brought this home today.  She has leveled up at gymnastics!  This makes her a little nervous as she is now faced with the unknown of Silver level, but we are so proud of her and all she has accomplished!

She's SO close to crawling.  She keeps moving her legs like she's going to spring into action, but then just ends up on her tummy.  She will figure it out eventually, and then become unstoppable!

We met Grandmere, Bapa, Uncle Mad, Aunt Joni, and Thomas at the cemetery to visit my grandparents' graves.  And Zada got to visit her namesake's grave!  Zada Fairclough, my grandfather's sister.  I bet they were thick as thieves before Zada came to us!

My mom's knee hurt badly so she held court near the headstone, and we all chatted for a while.

Little Thomas was intrigued by the whole thing, but got to visit HIS namesake's grave, too!  At least one of them--this name is also from Joni's side.  So much heritage.

After these we went and found my dad's father's grave.  The cemetery was super busy but I'm glad we went today and that we were able to go with family to make it special.

Happiest of birthdays to Miss Leiden!!  She's with her dad today, so we will celebrate with her and family next week.

Jon had some work to do to set up the drip system for all our plants.  I appreciate his hard work getting these things ready for the season!

After a walk we realized we had locked ourselves out.  Jon had to climb into the kitchen window to let us in!

Tonight is the three year anniversary of our first date.  (Yes, our first date was on Leiden's birthday.) We celebrated by going to the same restaurant we went to that night.  Who would have thought! 

Zada did great, sitting there at the table with us.  We fed her little scraps of our tacos...she likes cactus!

It was a really fun evening spent together reminiscing about our courtship and everything that has happened since.  I am so blessed to be this man's wife.

Well, and here it is, folks!  I went in this morning and Little Miss was on her belly!

And VERY happy about it!  Her room is very dim, so the pictures are terrible quality, but LOOK at that face!

This means we need to lower the mattress on her 'crib' so it's safe for roly poly babies!

Zada is so blessed to have big sisters who love her so much.  And her sisters are so blessed to have a little baby to love!

Zada wanted to participate in some light leisure reading this afternoon.

And then this evening she really focused on the hard stuff.  This girl is learning!!

Mimi made Jon some sleeping glasses.  He immediately tried them on on the couch!

Zada and I went to Sprouts today, and she was seriously biting the cart.  It is such a good thing that I'm careful about wiping them down before she gets into them!  I will be even more vigilant after seeing this!

Later at Macey's grabbing something else, Jon put her on the produce scale.  Very inaccurate, but she is definitely growing!

Stake Conference!  With a squirmy baby!

Faith had her bridal shower today, and I suddenly this morning decided I wanted to do something cute for it.  I found a cute idea on Pinterest, and went for it!  A bottle of bubbly for a bunch of major firsts during their first year of marriage.

I designed the tags myself based on Faith's wedding colors, and tied them up.

Everyone was so impressed with the gift, and Clayton's aunt, who is a graphic designer had some lavish compliments for me, which was very flattering.

Tara wasn't feeling well, but Alicia and I went to celebrate Faith and it was fun!

We are very excited for June 28!!  I'm making a dress for Zada and working on coordinating all of us for the event!

Little Miss isn't feeling so well today, running a little fever.  This was an underarm temp, so she was running at 100.2.  Poor girl.

I'm not sure what's bothering her, because she doesn't seem to have any other symptoms, but she was a little subdued.  We still got out and took a walk, though!  Hopefully it will be short lived!

Crazy hair day at the elementary!  Mac wanted cupcakes, so we used some dark root cover up to turn her little buns dark chocolate brown, and attempted to put a little pink on the tops for a cherry.  Mimi just wanted lots of color from the hair chalk.

They were quite pleased and willing to pose with their crazy hair!

After they left, I began a new fitness regime!  Squats with the babe!

This evening my business included culling the peach trees so they will grow as large peaches as possible for the size of tree.

We ate dinner outside, and Zada was quite thrilled with the watermelon!
