This morning was the annual fun run at the elementary! Jon stayed home to watch over Zada, and I headed over to support the girls. Mac and Ava were planning on running together.
And Mimi and Zariah were going to be running buddies.
Before it started I headed down the route a ways to get some action shots.
By the second loop for the two mile course, Mac was no longer with Ava. Apparently Ava had only wanted to do the one mile.
Mimi and Zariah were still side by side.
I wasn't able to stay for their finishes because I had to leave to get Zada to her 6 month well check. Bubby is growing and doing so well! She measured in at 26 inches long,
weighing 16 lb 3 oz. That’s the 60% for
height and 56% for weight. The doctor
thought she looked absolutely wonderful and asked if he could hold her for a
minute. She let him, and he said he
loves this age. We do too!! He also said her legs are like perfect little refrigerated dough!
