SOLD!

Wow.  So the house was on the MLS for about 12 hours and we signed one of these!  It's dated yesterday, but we didn't sign it until this morning when the price was agreed upon.  Amazing.  We did not get our asking price, but we will make money on it.

Today it was Leiden's turn to come home from school with treasures for me!  Cute little things she wrote and drew. 

Don't you love how my hair is colored with a red crayon?  Usually she uses a black one.
