I have been taking a little break from running.  Not the best idea, but being emotionally off affects a lot more than just your emotional health!  I'm feeling a lot better these days, so the running shoes needed to come back on!  I'm running the same 3 mile route I was last fall before the half, and it's super convenient to run while Mimi is at preschool.  It's still chilly in the mornings, but it's not icy or snowy, so off we go!
