Because the girls were off to school and Mimi sick, yesterday, we are stretching out the birthday celebrations! Which is really as per the usual. Today we did special breakfast, and I chose a different one! I saw these gorgeous ombre pancakes, so I tried my hand at that. And marshmallow frosting! Delish!
On the serious plus side, Mimi is feeling a lot better today, and the rest of us are still well, too! Hooray!
