It's kombucha time!!  The next batch is ready to bottle for its second ferment, and we went all out this time!


The flavors include lemon (one with juice and one with zest), kiwi, cherry, lemon ginger, pear, peach, and more.  We are super excited to see how this all turns out!


Jon had it set up all nice and neat to streamline the process of filling the bottles.


First step, remove the scoby!


Next step, figure out how to pour from a huge mouth jar to tiny mouth bottles!


Ladling into a funnel seemed to work out the best.


They look beautiful all lined up!

In about three weeks we will be able to test them out!
