Christmas Cookies!

We woke up this morning to Snowbell having brought us some new wrapping paper for the girls to use for some of their gifts.  She even made sure to gather the scissors and the tape!

We decided to do a Christmas craft for the kids in Primary, today, and the President did all the difficult leg work, was ready to come and run it, and then her little boy woke up sick in the night!  So we manned up and did it for her!  It was actually pretty fun.  The craft was darling, and the timing of the activity was perfect.  The President had done a fabulous job preparing the supplies and everything went very smoothly.

After church, we hit our annual Christmas cookies!  The girls LOVE cut out cookies, and they are my least favorite, but these worked out pretty well.

The fascination has something to do with the cookie cutters...they sure love to do it!

We cut out and cut out, forming cookie after cookie.

Eventually, though, the older two lost interest, and wandered away.  Mimi remained to play with the cookie cutters in the powdered sugar on the counter.

Her spot was messy, as was she!
They all got baked today, but we didn't have enough time to decorate.  We will get that done tomorrow.

Later this evening we went up to Heber to Mike and Leigh's house, where we had a lovely dinner, and then celebrated Madison's birthday again with cake!

Today is the actual day, so Happy Birthday, Madison!  Many happy returns!
