Oh, Snowbell...This morning we found her leading the cavalry on the kitchen table.

She must have such fun at night while we are all sleeping.

Later this morning, we headed out on this snowy day to go sledding at the school.  We had a great time going down the little hills.  Leiden even tried some 'snowboarding' by standing on her sled as it went down.  She actually did a pretty darn good job.

Mimi at one point was trying to do the monkey bars--because that's what we do when we go sledding.  We forget the sled and go play on the playground.  She was trying to do them, but her gloves were wet...I looked up at her just as I saw her legs and body swing backwards as her hands slipped off the bars.  Her legs caught on the ladder bars and she went down.  I was a little ways down the hill and had to scramble through the slick snow up a hill to get to her, only to find that she was fine.  Thank heavens!

Later this afternoon, Mimi and I were on our own while the girls went to a birthday party.  We went and got cookies, and checked out new couches at the furniture store.  What fun!  We went back to the furniture store later with the other girls, and bought a couch!  I'm very excited and it will be part of my Christmas.
