Cake Prep Plan B

We are starting cake prep!!!  I'm making swiss meringue buttercream, and it takes SO MANY egg whites, it's ridiculous.  This had better work!


My Plan B inspiration is this...
Gorgeous ruffles made entirely of frosting.  I've been reading tutorials and searching out recipes since yesterday's petal failure, and this will be gorgeous in pink!
