Today was a THOMAS day! He is such a riot to have around!
After he left, Jonathan joined us and we headed back to Wheeler Farm for the milking! Each girl got to have a turn milking the cow after they did a demonstration and laid out the rules.
I even took a turn, but apparently Jonathan was amused by my laughter!
We were told this is an exceptionally easy cow to milk, and I believe it. Each kid was able to actually get milk out despite their less than perfect milking technique. Hopefully the cow didn't mind!
After the milking we looked at all the animals. It was the perfect time to be there as they were all being fed. The giant pigs were fascinating to watch eat their slop!!
