I am on my last pair of contacts, and they are getting scratchy and irritating.  This means an eye visit, and new contacts.  This REALLY means more money!  I was, of course, mildly chastised for waiting so long to get in to get new contacts, and of course they didn't have my prescription in house for a sample, but they should have it next week.

Snow today meant girls outside playing in the snow after school.  Leiden and Mimi wanted to build little sled hills.  I love their creativity and industrious natures...when they want to!

Jon swabs for illness at work to prevent contamination of the products, so he now knows he has RSV.  He hasn't been sick in years, and I felt bad welcoming him to the world of petri dishes, otherwise known as children!
