Little Mimi thinks this is great! She never had a little sister like the other two, even if they were very young, so this is extremely novel!
We went to the doctor this morning, and little Miss has already exceeded her birth weight! I guess this is pretty rare, and bodes well for her growth. The bad news? In order for her to gain all that weight she has been a voracious nurser, and I am sore and cracked and bleeding. We spent an hour with the LC, and she recommended pumping for a day or two to let myself heal.
The upside of this is Jon gets to help feed bub!
