Oh, dear. The jelly did not set. How very frustrating. I think I did a couple things wrong. I tried to double batch, which I have done before with success, as well as with failure. I just had SO MANY peaches! Sigh. Also, I used a store brand pectin, which I have never done before. Not happy with these results. I will see if I can reprocess and get more jelly like jelly. Otherwise, I've got a TON of peach syrup.
