Thanksgiving Point

We headed down to Thanksgiving Point this afternoon...basically to feed the fish, but it gets the girls outside.

Today was a wild day to do it, though.  The weather was crazy with a storm coming in.  I've not seen it this windy in a long time.  Leaves were blowing across huge lawns, and dust was getting in our eyes!  The girls liked the leaf piles forming with the gusty wind.

Mac wanted to be buried, and we obliged.

I love these days we spend as a family, doing something simple and fun.

The wind would create these little vortexes, and swirl the leaves around in the air.  It was pretty crazy.

This is a still of the video below, where you can see the girls running through the undulating grass as the wind moved it.

Crazy stormy day!!
