Jon and I took Leiden on a temple date this evening, which we were really excited about. Jon was able to perform the baptisms for Leiden and I, and we all took family names to use. I've never been to the temple with Leiden, and this was long overdue!
Afterwards, we said we'd go for a treat, and we asked Leiden where she wanted to go. She thought we meant like to get a little ice cream, but Jon surprised her and suggested the Cheesecake Factory. She thought he was kidding, but he was serious! So we went there and had delicious cheesecake! It was a wonderful evening with her.
