It's Halloween time, and that means Halloween dinners! This is one of my favorite traditions for the girls. And one of my favorite dinners! My mom would make goulash growing up and it is just ultimate comfort food with delicious mashed potatoes and mozzarella cheese. It's just even better when the potatoes are ghosts!
