Children's Museum--Utah Style

We headed off to the Children's Museum today.  Once again Mimi spent a lot of time at the water table, but not as much as she has before.  Contrary to how she looks in this picture, she was having fun!

I haven't really figured this horse out, but the kids love it.  All the little kids wait in line to just sit on his saddle.  And some of them sit there for a long time.

Mimi also explored the construction zone, where she helped with the crane and the giant building blocks.

Leiden experienced life as a grocery store stocker, and then as a shopper.

When we headed upstairs there was this cool wind tunnel and all these different materials to make objects to put in it.  I guess the idea was to experiment with different shapes and how they catch the wind in the tunnel.  Mac made this one by herself.

Grandmere had noticed how faded and old the girls silky nightgowns were looking, so she went out and found them new ones.  Mimi has never had one before, so she was excited--to wear it over her other jammies.
