I have started buying eggs from pastured chickens. They are very much more expensive, but they are vastly more healthy for us to be eating. I had to open a package for something I was cooking tonight, and one of the fun little bits about them is all their different colors. So I arranged the 12 of them in lightest to darkest, and we marveled at their differences.
