One of Mimi's favorite things to do right now is get in ear piercing screaming contests with the other girls. Mac's noise is higher and louder, but Mimi's is more consistent. Meaning she does it almost every time she is in her seat. You literally have to cover her ears when she gets going, but her little face looks so cute while she does it!
I have never seen such a thing as my mom used for dinner tonight. They are called vertical roasters, and the little chicken just gets stuck right on the middle, which is filled with soda or juice to provide moisture.
It made for a lovely looking roast bird, however!
Madison and Joni came and joined us for dinner tonight, and it was nice to see them before we head home tomorrow! I've got all three of them on the plane alone, so here's to hope!
