Special Person

This morning the girls showcased some drawings they made yesterday and the glue had finally dried on the pom wings.

 

 

It's Special Person's Day at Leiden's school.  She asked me to come, so come I did!  Her grade sang to us.

 

 

Then we went to her room and did a crossword together and she read me a story.

 

 

Then we went to have cookies and juice together.

 

It's fun to see Leiden in her native environment.  She was excited to point out friends and things at her school.

 

 

Later tonight, we got a babysitter for all 6 kids and headed out to the Melting Pot.  I had forgotten how good it is!
