We had also grabbed some whole trout at Costco, and while Jon napped I realized that they needed to be deboned...so I looked up YouTube videos on how to debone a trout, and set to! I did a pretty fumbling job, but all told, we got to eat smoked boneless trout for dinner, so it was a win! I need one of those crazy sharp fish knives, and I think I would become a pro!
Later this evening we cuddled up and watched the Christmas devotional together. It was a lovely way to bring in the Christmas Spirit.
