In the midst of secrets and news, life goes on! And part of that life is Mac's birthday party coming up quick! She is having a gymnastics party at a gym near us, and wants a glittery gymnastics cake topper with her name, so today I worked on designing that in my cutting program. It's going to look great!
Jon determined it was time to harvest these beauties,
So he got out scissors and set to trimming to keep the dirt to a minimum.
It resulted in a lovely bowl of micro greens that will be so good for us! We plan on eating them like salad, with oil or dressing.
