Mimi's
birthday with family was tonight. She
wanted me to make her cake, and then supervised me putting the Oreos around the
sides, per her request. Then she wanted
to have full control over the top! She
made a whole Oreo logo cake, which was super cute. I failed to get a good picture of just the
top, though.
Grandmere,
Bapa, Uncle Mad, Aunt Joni, and Thomas came over for dinner and
celebrations.
We surprised Mimi with
trick candles, and the traditional operatic birthday song. 
These are some funny shots from the videos below. This was her face during our rendition of Happy Birthday, which is admittedly a loose interpretation!
After the indignity of the off key operatic "Happy Birthday", this was the moment Mimi realized all her blowing wasn't putting the candles out!
Did you get those candles, Mom?!?
Yep. Sure did.
Then the moment when they reignited after being all put out! It was so funny and great to use these unsuspectingly on her!
She got some generous gifts, many with a unicorn theme.
And her cake was apparently super yummy!
Tomorrow is the big day!
