Coming Home

Brad loves being outdoors and he really doesn't like the onset of fall--he thinks fall is beautiful, but he doesn't like what it is foreshadowing!  As we were all getting ready to go, packing up and cleaning, Brad took the kayak for one last spin to the boat house.

 

 

We tried to get the kids to get some wiggles out before our three hour drive home.  And of course it was sunny and warmer today!

 

 

When we got home, we had missed church, but still had much of the afternoon, so Brad built the ladder for the girls' playset.  Yay!  Mimi can get up, and up she does.  Around and around, down the slide, up the ladder, down the slide, up the ladder.  I imagine they will enjoy lots of time on the little playset.
