Mercedes and the Girls

Mimi was thirsty after church, today.

We spent a lazy day trying (that's the operative word--TRYING) to fast and hang out.  We have a lot of pretty birds around, like this little guy. 

Mac was in a crazy bad mood today, super ornery and just totally out of sorts.  So she was in bed, literally, by 6:40 tonight.  I couldn't stand it a moment longer.  After Mac was in bed, the other two played outside in the garden, where Mimi likes to dig.  Sundays are not generally days of rest around here.  Not with small children. 

We got a new bishop today, which was exciting.  My friend's husband was called to be a counselor, and she's ready to burst with her fourth girl.  Their lives will be hectic!
