On December 13, our advent activity was to go for a Christmas lights drive. We went out for pizza and drove around in search of lights. We didn't do any research beforehand, so we kind of wandered, but found plenty. It's not something you can do for a long time with little ones, anyway. We promised them we'd go find more in Utah, where I know of several streets that light up the night.

December 14's activity was making a Christmas craft, and we pulled out the air dry clay and made some ornaments. They'll be painted and decorated later. The girls were thrilled with another chance to use the cookie cutters.
Really good idea/tip: use a straw to cut out a hole of the newly cut out ornaments. Perfect size and Mac thought it was funny.
