Sprouts had salmon steaks yesterday so we snagged a couple.  They were SERIOUSLY the best salmon I've ever had.  Slicing the fish this way instead of fillets creates a totally different texture, and it retains so much more of it's fatty tenderness.  I was blown away.  And I've never even noticed salmon steaks before!  We grilled it, paired it with a delicious salad and had a fabulous dinner.  I will be on the lookout for these in the future!
