Thanksgiving Point

We headed down to Thanksgiving Point Gardens again and had such a fun family time!  The sprinklers were on in the giant amphitheater, which just spelled fun for the girls and Jon!!  He sat with me on a bench for a minute, then we noticed Mimi was totally running through the sprinklers.  Suddenly Jon took off and started hauling the kids INTO the sprinklers.  I could hear them laughing and screaming from where I sat.

Mac wanted lots of pictures taken of herself, so kept posing on benches.

Getting all three of them to be still was a chore!

We of course fed the fish, which is what the girls look forward to most.

We found a little secret garden the girls played in for a bit.

You can see on Mimi's knee a big bandaid.  She was running through the section of the gardens that has all the statues of the Savior and took a dive.  She had sand all up in the scrapes and there was much blood!  Some kind woman walking by came back and gave us her pack of wipes and a bandaid she had in her diaper bag.  We were very grateful, and it got us to the bathroom where we could actually wash the dirt and sand out of the cuts.  There were tears, but she was a trooper and we were able to enjoy the rest of the day!
